Tony Wolf, CTP

Tony Wolf is a co-founder and the Non-Executive Chairman of Molten Layer.

He is a management consultant and interim CEO and the Managing Director of Safe Harbor Associates. Previously, he was a managing director with consultancies BDO Consulting, Focus Management Group, Glass & Associates, and Blackhill Partners. He was an investment banker with WG Nielsen in Denver from 2012 to 2014. He has extensive experience as a senior executive or managing consultant in energy and oilfield services, telecommunications, aerospace, e-gaming and customer engagement, trucking, metals fabrication, agricultural processing and equipment, agriculture cooperatives, paper products, computers and software, semiconductors, refining and distribution, food distribution, beef packing, restaurants, and medical products.

As a line executive and entrepreneur, he has extensive domestic and international operational experience in composite materials and military and commercial aerospace structural manufacture, integration, repair and overhaul.

Early in his career Tony spent five years as a Booz Allen and RAND Corporation consultant. He received a post-doctoral fellowship in international security from the Ford Foundation in 1976 and concurrently a Kittredge Fellowship in the Humanities from the Boston Athenaeum. He received his B.A. degree in history from Harvard University, his M.A. degree in international relations from the University of Southern California where he was an Earhart Fellow, and his M.B.A. degree in finance and marketing (with honors) from the University of Chicago. He holds a masters diploma in defense management from the U.S. Naval War College and performed doctoral work in policy analysis at the RAND Corporation.
