Jeffrey Anspach, CTP

Jeff Anspach is a strategic thinker with a strong operational and financial background, broad industry knowledge, and executive-level expertise in corporate finance, management, operations, and negotiation support. Jeff has served in the roles of CEO and CFO on permanent and interim bases throughout his career in corporate restructuring.

Jeff’s experience includes successfully guiding public and privately held corporations, both large ($10B+ sales) and small, to achieve operational improvements, carry out business plans, and implement cost reduction efforts. As a consultant, he has led due diligence engagements to facilitate business sales and acquisitions, provided financial modeling in a wide variety of contexts, and advised telecommunications and other companies on strategic planning, raising of capital, and gaining regulatory support.

Jeff excels in analyzing complex financial information and organizing it ways that are easy to understand and manage. He creates practical and flexible financial projection models that provide the basis for business planning and help to identify opportunities for improvement and obtain financial support. Jeff is also a big-picture thinker who can quickly recognize and resolve problems that might impact the creation or implementation of a strategic plan.

Jeff started out his career as a CPA in public accounting in both audit and tax. His background also includes several long-term engagements for tribally-owned businesses and economic development entities. He served as the CEO of a tribal economic development and telecommunications company for nine years and acting CFO of a tribally-owned timber company for four years. Jeff’s other industry engagements have ranged from oil, manufacturing, agriculture, construction, telecommunications, dairy industry, and nutraceuticals. In all these efforts he has successfully built and facilitated a diverse team that pulled together to obtain a positive result.

He has served on various boards, including locally at Central Oregon Locavore and EDCO, investment, and economic development committees over the years. Jeff is an enrolled member of the Bois Forte Band of Chippewa, US Army veteran, and has travelled extensively throughout Europe and the Americas. Jeff and his family own and operate a cattle ranch in Terrebonne, Oregon where they live and advocate for healthy lifestyles.
